We provide an avenue for donations, fundraising, grants, and other streams of funding to help continue the music therapy and support services we provide for so many of Arizona’s residents through our 501(c)3, federally recognized non-profit status. Arizona Tax Credit
You decide how your
tax dollars are spent!
Higher Octave Healing is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO #20147) in Arizona. As of tax year 2023, Arizona tax payers can donate up to $421 per individual filer or $841 per couple filing jointly and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on their Arizona tax return.

Corporate giving
The Donor Involvement Program, implemented in 1991, allows interested United Way donors the ability to direct their gift to organizations outside of Valley of the Sun United Way’s network of programs, partners, and initiatives. These donations may be accepted provided the gift restriction is directed to a 501(c)(3) health and human service organization or a specific program of a 501(c)(3) non-health and human service organization that meet the set criteria. Opportunities
Event Volunteers
Each year, Higher Octave Healing hosts a variety of performance and fundraising events to support our programs. Volunteers assist before and during these events. Roles may include: assisting the Board of Directors with fundraising tasks, transporting and setting up equipment, assisting clients, or taking photos/videos for social media. Contact us for a schedule of future events.
Clinic Volunteers
Clinic Volunteers assist in day-to-day tasks around the music therapy clinic to support our programs. This may include: filing, data entry, inventory management, organizing, or materials preparation. Scheduling clinic volunteer hours is flexibld, and we will work with you to find the best ways to share your gifts with Higher Octave Healing. Contact us to learn more.

As with most types of therapy sessions, the focus is on the client and the work of the therapist with that client. Our therapists are all nationally Board-Certified and have received years of training in order to support their clients. We typically do not allow volunteers to work with clients because of the level of service required. As a training organization, we do allow music therapy students or music therapy interns enrolled in a university music therapy program to assist our therapists with sessions, when appropriate. If you are a student or intern enrolled in a university music therapy program and would like to assist in therapy sessions or if you want to know more about volunteering opportunities please fill out this form and we will be in touch.
